There is a one-time, non-refundable $75.00 application fee required. Your application is considered complete only when we have received your application and your application fee postmarked by October 6, 2017. Checks or money orders should be made payable to "Penn State University," and include "Garcia Piano Competition" and the name of the applicant in the memo line. Send checks to:
