Curator of Pianos and Organs
Greg received his bachelor's degree in music education from Penn State, and his Piano Technology certificate from Mount Aloysius College. He joined the staff in 1988 and will celebrate the completion of his 28th year in fall 2016. Greg received the College of Arts and Architecture's award for Outstanding Service in 1997. He services all pianos, organs, and harpsichords in the school (performance halls, studios, classrooms, practice rooms) as well as in the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center. He holds office as secretary/treasurer of the local chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild, an organization that meets regularly and holds workshops for local piano teachers and students. In addition, he is the director of music at Runville United Methodist Church where he organizes weekly service music teams. Greg speaks Russian and has volunteered by assisting new immigrants in resettlement for the past 25 years. He received the Volunteer of the Year award from the International Hospitality Council for his efforts. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy camping with their twins who were adopted from Russia. They are also members of Centre Squares, the local square dancing organization.
