Audio Recording Submission Deadline: December 15, 2014
High school and collegiate students are eligible to participate in the masterclasses with Christopher Guzman, Jose Mendez, or Timothy Shafer. An application is required for those who wish to be considered for participation. The application requires an audio recording of the work or works you wish to be considered for the masterclass.
Repertoire submitted for consideration must be from the standard piano literature and all works must be memorized. You will be notified of the results of your submission by email. While the deadline for application is December 15, early applicants will be given priority.
Note: Masterclass assignments and schedules will be made at the discretion of the Penn State piano faculty. Students may only participate in one masterclass. Unfortunately, requests to work with specific masterclass clinicians cannot be guaranteed.
